POST GAME Round 6 - Knights vs Broncos

I’m a sucker for punishment. Watched it all. Won’t be watching next week for the first time in many, many years. Might make a point of actually having a fun night instead of watching the club implode.

I‘m starting to actually think I might enjoy next week. Either we will win or we will lose and the coach will be punted.

Only positive for me was Coates and Luke

TPJ looked threatening. Trying too hard at times, but not the worst complaint to have about a player.

Understandable mate but just try watching with zero expectations, will make the good times that much sweeter when they do come back

I'm genuinely ashamed to be a Broncos fan at the moment, this is far worse than the Henjak & Griffin era for mine.

Those teams were poorly coached, but at least they didn't quit at the first sign of adversity.

I’ll be helping Seibs out with a few pointers this week. Reckon we’ll do better next week. Don’t know what to say about the game because I felt like a drone watching it. Except I am actually genuinely concerned about Darius. His new tackling technique is begging for a serious neck injury, he needs to change that shit pronto.

For positives, i thought Luke was decent and had a good crack after being at the club for 1 week.

Coates and Farnworth got some more experience as well, valuable moving forward

The place has fallen into a really ugly, sloppy culture of indifference, and the entire place needs a cleanout. Lockyer can go too. I love him as a player and a club legend but an administrator, he is not.

To rub it in even more, we wouldn’t have scored at all if it weren’t for Macca’s shit pass. And he’ll probably be back next year.

I'd say this is about as bad as the Henjak era. It has the potential to get much worse and last much longer though, which is frightening.

3 times we set up for a block play to the right and every time TPJ stopped on his run and actually blocked the pass.

WTF do they do at training.
How can you train as much ad we do and produce nothing but 1 out hit ups.
Seibolds systems can't be that fucking hard to learn.
Something is seriously wrong with this team.
We attack like we don't expect someone to be waiting for us and when our basic game doesn't work we have no clue.

I've seen the Broncos do a lot of walking only training drills and games. Probably why our forwards don't know how to run.

Why take less to play for a team that sucks? Fifita is the most talented forward ive seen. Should go to knights, roosters, manly or eels and win a couple comps.

I don’t think we’ll win. Titans are looking rugged this year.

I think the Titans are marginally better than they were last year, which is worse than dog shit. It'll be a close game.

We need some genuine attack from the back. And that is NOT Isaako. Herbie for mine. Class act. Lodge is soft and needs a month in the gym. Our halves are struggling because there is no shape in attack, just a bunch of lost forwards wandering about. Boyd has got to go. He offers absolutely nothing.

I thought Luke was good, Patty is frustrated with the shit around him. Oates never to wing again. Ever. He did well last week in the back row and his selection on the wing was just plain DUMB.

Haas is starting to go backwards. Flat footed and soft in defence. He doesn't hit at all. Not a bit.

Our play the balls and passes from the ruck are so slow we never build momentum. There is absolutely no urgency in this side. I said it before, I reckon Seibold has lost the dressing room, mainly because he can't fix anything and there is an awful lot to fix.
