Origin will make Milford 'bulletproof'

Could go either way for MILF.
He could come out of it better for the experience but it could hinder his development.
Jarrod Mullen was a very talented young player, origin left scars with him for the rest of his career. He was only 20 and only had a handful of NRL games under his belt.......MILF, Talent, undoubtedly. I just have nagging doubts about his maturity.

I worry about this too, but, now is, strangely enough, probably a better time for him to be thrust into the arena than later.
If he is selected later in his career, he'll probably have a much more crucial role and the pressure that comes along with that. Whereas now, he is surrounded by mature once-in-a-generation talent like cronk and smith who can guide things and ease him into it. The team won't be relying on him. He'll have a lot less pressure to succeed.

You probably know this but I felt like saying it either way :)
 
All criticism aside I am somewhat happy that he's getting a run. He can play as a running five-eight and just focus on that. He's going to get roughed up so I hope it doesn't frustrate him. Smith won't tolerate any slow play the balls.

One small criticism though, has anyone else noticed how many times he's kicked the ball into opposition legs this year?

Mullen was also selected to run the team though and had been touted as Joey 2.0.....with Braith fuckin Anasta as his partner.
