I don't fight or argue, I respectfully debate.
I can't be held responsible for the actions of my fellow debaters, however. In fact there's quite a bit of mass debating going on here a lot of the time.
Jesus. Absolutely one of the faces of league in the nineties. I hated him with a passion on the field (and off, if I'm being honest), but man, that's way too young. Rest in peace.
And on the basis of that single metric, and in opposition of the rest of the statistics noted, you have decided that Jesse 'massively outpointed' Herbie in 2021, and announced that to the forum with a straight face?
Also, I'd rather Herbie stayed but I have no issue with him leaving, and I...
I remember saying at the time this kind of nonsense has no place in professional sport in this day and age. The club had a duty of care that they have apparently totally disregarded, and I hope that they are held accountable.
Also, and I'm saying this as a big fan of Jesse - he didn't 'massively outpoint' Herbie in 2021.

I really like this willingness to rest players with niggles instead of just pushing them through, especially given the depth we have. I mentioned earlier in the thread I thought it would be a good opportunity to rest Cobbo, and it makes sense to give Mam a rest at this stage too. Hopefully this...
Wouldn't be the worst thing to give Cobbo a break this week if he's a little sketchy. He'll play Origin so give him a rest now to help him through that. Mariner can come back in and Arthars can move inside, or Mariner can come straight into the centres.
If Staggs needs a rest though as well...
Some of the stuff on Fox Sports is atrocious, not sure if it's overuse of AI with little in the way of proof-reading, or is it's just that we've systematically failed to teach a generation basic literacy. Probably a bit of both...
My favorite part was when he was being tracked by two Raiders, grabbed a third and pulled him into the tackle even though he wanted no part of it, and then broke away from all three of them. If only Kobe had held the pass of the ensuing break it would have been more glorious.
I agree this might be closer than might be expected. With potentially four starters returning from injury, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a bit of rust and clunkiness.
I'm disgusted that you would think this, I have the opposite opinion and I think that the only way we lose is if we don't win. If we win, it's because we scored more points, and the players played better than the other team's players. But if we lose it will be because the other team's players...
It's 2006 for me as well, but 2000 still has a lot of nostalgia for me. Webbie's broken arm, a crop of breakout young players like Carlaw, Berrigan and Harrison, a last hurrah for a bunch of our greatest ever like Kevvie, Brad Thorn and Mick Hancock, and of course featuring the greatest...
