No positives to be found here, Paix injured and once behind pretty hard to get anything going without your seven and captain. Too many mistakes and simple execution errors.

Burton for the Blues was outstanding, what footwork just couldn't get a hold on him at all. His jinking runs were just unreal. Penrith have a good kid there. He's a big number 6 but I loved how he moved and kicked.

Roosters' hooker Verrill right option at the right time, that kick through and he defended well.

Paix did nothing while uninjured a bit over rated I think , Hetherington was also out of his league totally outclassed I think the U18 team would have put up more of a fight

To be honest, I don't understand the whole Paix modelling his game on Cronk thing the media has been writing articles about. To me that should mean "Have OCD and keep practising until your are inch perfect", but who knows what the media means.

His uninjured window was 15 minutes, not too many chances in the first 15 minutes for anyone.

A lot of time, the player makes the mistake of 'instigating' it; worst thing a young player can say is I really watch Cronk because the headline will be about how you are modelling yourself on Cronk.

Let's be honest Badel would never go to a Redcliffe game so he has no idea, you saw it last week in his Coates articles he couldn't provide any insight from games so his go to is Sattler or clips he's seen.

Then a young player does his job for him- bingo.
