The guy is obviously a confidence player, who's obviously way down on confidence. He doesn't get enough credit for his defence, didn't see Trae young drop any 48pt games on him. Whilst he was shit, the rest of the team was just as dogshit, he just gets thrown under the bus.

He's not the Milford of the NBA, the only reason Ben simmons is trash is because of a technical problem (shooting) dragging him down

He does need to play in the olympics though, IMHO. It’s exactly what he needs to get back to his roots and play in the right spirit of the game. His support networks here would help him immensely.

I agree, otherwise he will beat himself up all summer. Go to the Olympics, get some confidence back and have a bit of fun etc.
