The hit from Arthars was deemed worse than this one from Holmes.

Arthars arm connected with the head of a player who had dropped significantly ... Holmes shoulder connected with the head of a player standing upright

See that white oval thingy next to Moses ` head ?
That`s called a Steeden football . One major difference between the Arthars and Holmes incidents . In the Arthars case is the guy he hit in the head with a closed fist and a swinging arm wasn`t holding a white thingy at the time .

You've been corrupted by the NRL man. Now I know they are too stupid to understand that physics is not an optional thing, I assume you are smarter than that.

Here is the incident in question:

Now see the guy that had the white thingy actually literally tips it on while he is falling at a rapid rate of knots. He literally taps on the ball and then is immediately hit by a guy already committed to the tackle.

Now I know the NRL is trying to make people believe that their rules can override actual scientific principles, the fact remains, they cannot. At normal speed, there is nothing Arthars could have done differently against a guy with a ball for a literal split second who is falling rapidly. Don't let ultra slowed down video fool you.

More importantly, don't suck the NRL Kool aid.

I agree, Arthars has to be ready to make a tackle there. If he dummy's and runs the ball and Arthars isnt trying to tackle him he scores. If he didnt drop to the ground he gets hit on the chest and its completely fine.

The NRL should at least have to justify what the "careless" player could have done differently in the circumstances. If they can't do that then players should not be missing games.

It makes quite a difference if you have the white thingy or not .
Has for a long time .

Smacked a guy who didn`t have the ball in the mouth . 1 week . Suck it up .
The positive for you should be now Mariner will get a run .

Meanwhile, he himself get smacked in the mouth and the other guy didn't even get a penalty against.

The fact it gives my preferred option an opportunity doesn't make it right.

In the first half it seemed we only got 6 agains coming out of our end and the rabbits got penalties to march them up the field.

Did he have the ball? If they still have the ball, you can smack 'em in the head, apparently.

There is no such thing as a 6 again coming out of your own end.

edit: at least the 6 agains you're talking about

Smacked ? I saw him get hit on the shoulder and the arm rise up around his neck and head .
I thought that was worth a penalty . Just like Herbie earns most weeks .

They generally ran hard and tackled hard. Nine out of ten for effort. Starting to have more faith in them.
