I get the feeling they weren't quite ready to commit to a 3 game series and decided to see how the 2 games would go first and then come back to that.

I think within the next couple of years we're going to see it increased to 3.

The whole review process was farcical. The front on angle looked incriminating and they looked at it once. They then looked at two angles that didn't show anything and one inconclusive one and cleared it.
