Big test for the two openers here... Neither have batted all that much for about 1-2 months now and they are absolutely key to the Aussies as we need to see off Bumrah who will be bowling for a fair bit of the first hour.

Almost doesn't matter how many runs we get in the first hour, but wickets need to be at a minimum.

Was just about to post the same thing. They just delayed the national anthems to play an Indian signing John Farnham, lol.

Edit: Apparently it was Indigenous.

Weird how close it sounds to Indian.

Also some of these profile pics - Pucovski looked like the molly was kicking in, Lasagne looks like Kevin McCallister.

Yeah I am ok with Head being dropped. He has amazing talent but he needs to address those lapses in concentration and he will come back a genuine gun.

Warner already making a difference by looking to score.

But his leg is clearly not right.

Well that was dumb by Warner. Ball before he goes for the expansive drive and misses. Next ball, the bowler pushes it slightly fuller and wider and he does the same thing and out he goes.

Well here we go, Aussies will go back into their shells and be rolled for a painful 150-200.

Amazing the difference in the commentating though.
If that was Burns the comments would be along the lines of out if form, didn't move his feet and so on . With Warner it's looking to be aggressive, trying to put pressure in the bowler etc.
It was a loose slash end if story.

Man, how much would it suck sitting there for 8 hours with a mask on!

Something he has been guilty of a number of times when he gets out early.

Pucovski looks like he falls over when balls are down leg

Wait till he gets going, any flaws he has disappear. He is a beautiful bat to watch.
Looks like he has a short back lift which should help him out at the top of the order

Very reminiscent of Ponting towards the end of his career when he had that really rough couple of years falling over on straight deliveries.

Let's hope it's not exploitable.
