Including a couple of stunners up the back. Dunno what the go is, they must be wives of the players? Hard to believe they'd be promoting some sort of afterparty in an away dressing room.
Me thinks they are nrlw Broncos

Full credit to the ref for calling play on on that voluntary tackle. That's the way it should be called every time, but that's almost always called against the tackling team.

I honestly didn't think the Titans could maintain that level the whole match, and was pretty confident we'd run them down in the second half. Honestly I don't think the first half was that bad. Couple of soft tries let in but given the way Tino and Mo and even big Dave were running I thought we did well to hold them to just those two. We looked dangerous on a few occasions and probably could have jagged another try with a bit of luck.

I thought that they at least looked better than they did in the first half last week, and this week they made those correct adjustments at halftime and came out with a far better attitude. I also thought Pat played a lot better this week from the start - that bad offload aside - and really got the balance of passing it to running it hard much closer to what it should be. Walsh and Mam didn't overplay their hands too much either, and made good choices to die with the ball rather than push a pass or early kick.
The desperation set in when Holbrook brought Mo back on with 27mins to play.

Old mate had just played out the first half and he barely gives him a spell before needing him to save the second half for him.

It's not that Mo was bad in his second stint, but his runs were ineffective compared to the first and so he got nothing out of him for the entire second half

Thoughts:

1. God we looked shit in the first half. We won't win a GF playing like that.
2. Patty I love you, and I don't want you to stop what you're doing, but **** man, you need to pay more attention when you offload.
3. Glad Kevvie's stopped bringing his son back on in the last ten so we don't waste an interchange on a non-impact player.
4. We lifted massively when Paix came on. The scoreboard agreed: Billy: 6-14; Corey: 37-12.
5. Walsh is a future immortal.
6. Pay Payne.
7. Jordan Riki, Kotoni Staggs: I told you so.

Kevvie has obviously done something to ensure we finish our games really strong, we've been the better 2nd half team is nearly every single game. Even last week I reckon we win if we get the ball back after old mate drops it.
The spine gets an injection just before half time.

I know it wont happen but with oates back next week and flegler with him, id be keeping arthurs on wing and drop cobbo for a game. Id definitely find a spot for hethrington in that 17 if not the 13. Id stick with carrigan at lock for now but hethrington is a good back up.
As for cobbo, hes a wonderful talent and great prospect but i feel he mentally needs a kick on the arse.
There are way too many mistakes (not just cobbo, but he a part of it) right now to feel comfortable about where they are and they are not valueing possession. They need to get better because a storm or penrith will starve them of the ball and run them ragged, dedpite their good defence.
On a positive note, ricki is right now one of best back rowers in the comp and deserves every occolade given him.
The best thing Kevvie can do for Selwyn is keep Reece in his ear.

I'm unhappy. That was hot garbage for the majority of the game and the scoreline is not reflective. I actually feel for the Titans ending up with that, they were not that much worse. And the worst part is that it will paper over the SEVERE issues we have, bc we won so why change things.

Nothing has changed. We apparently learnt nothing from last week and the couple of weeks beforehand. Not prepared to do the hard work in the middle, refuse to build pressure, always going the hail Mary play... We bring that the next month and we lose every fucking game. Atrocious.

I'm really disappointed and now also concerned that we are still relying on individual brilliance to pull through. It is not good enough with a squad with this talent. I played through the season in the NRL ladder predictor lastnight and let me tell you, we have a really tough draw. It only gets worse from here, I'm glad we're banking these wins now because we really need to. It is quite possible we do not make the 8 even from where we are now. The saving grace is a lot of the top teams playing each other multiple times.

There is a hell of a lot to work on and I'm concerned Kev doesn't see it. Whatever he's saying before the game isn't working, thankfully whatever he's saying at half time, is. The bench use tonight was terrible and seems to be getting worse each week.

I'm satisfied that we won, but very very displeased with the way we played and the lack of improvement. We play like that and we will lose more than we win. WTF happened to the team from the first couple of rounds?? We need to get back to that ASAP. We might still be alone at the top of the table but IMO at the moment we are not a serious title threat. Melbourne, Panthers and probably even Souths and Roosters would kill us right now.

Saw someone mention our shit start, but now I can't find the comment.

Our actual start was pretty damn good.

First set off kick receive was solid and Riki kick chase and tackle to get the repeat set was great.

Unfortunately after that, I think we gave away the ball, then a yardage penalty, then a pretty soft try on a kick.

Riki set the tone, we just let ourselves down almost instantly after it and its something we do need to work on.

We should be building pressure that early when given the chance, especially on the back of such a good kick chase and first set.

If we get the frequent repeat sets and work on building fatigue in our opponents, our attack that shines 30-40m out, on the back of pace and offloads, could be even more damaging.

Great to win ugly. Kevvy definitely told Haas and Carrigan to put the ball under the wing and take on the line. Much better and a front rower passing works only when the defence thinks they are going to run it.

I was a Billy Walters fan last week but this week he has returned to being confused as to where his runners are and it was no surprise that our attack clicked into gear when Paix came on.

I agree with a previous poster about Cobbo. It's like he's away with the fairies sometimes and maybe when Oates comes back give Cobbo a week in Q Cup to "freshen up".

Hopefully next week is Flegler back and Palasia drops out of the 17.

We were awful, the only try we scored against 13 men that had any semblance of composed thought was Arthars in the corner. Everything else was either a dummy, charge down, or against 12 men.

There are too many cooks, Reyno needs to take charge attacking in the 20, and if we can’t score, get to a kick and build pressure.

Mam has hit a wall somewhat, or is carrying an injury, but his show & go isn’t fooling anyone anymore.

Billy looked very slow and his kick on the 4th that nobody knew about just switched the pressure onto us when we should instead have been receiving a line dropout & be camped in their 20. There are a lot of little moments like that that just release any pressure & puts it onto us.

Kobe looked strong, hope Kevvie gives him more time, he’s a starter.

I’m sure they will look at the scoreboard and give themselves a good pat on the back and act all surprised when we fall in a heap next week.

I wasn't massively worried about them putting points on us. It was our attack that looked discombobulated. I keep banging on about our combinations, and that was very evident when we had the ball close on their line. Billy had a couple of moments but, as usual, he gets lost after he makes the initial break. The bulk of our early tries came from individual strength, but that did improve when Walsh fired up. Riki had no right to score off that hospital pass from Billy, but somehow he did. We can't rely on low percentage barge up stuff like that as a fifth tackle move.
