He fcking did in the GF ...
It didn`t end well .
I'm thinking more like that kick he did against Melbourne in the finals.

At 1:14 below. He's done some lower ones than that too.

I agree, when the Walkers were doing it 10 years ago they had different players to do different kicks and assigned roles for those kicks.

Capewell would kick the high rugby type one that would land on the 11m mark.

The grubber straight at the big dumb prop was drilled at him to drop from kick offs by someone different.

They had three or four types of kick and four different people to do it.

How many of the tactics the Walker Bros used have translated to NRL ?

Nothing about it looked like he was out for the season. He managed to run and kick after the incident. The only thing that made it look like it was sensationalists turning into body language experts.
We were just drawing from experience. I can’t recall anyone crying over a two week injury before, but often when it’s an acl etc.

Obv happy to be wrong in this instance it just wasn’t outrageous to be sceptical

Not gonna do that consistently . Most of the time the attack just catches the ball .

I don’t think anyone crucified him for not winning us a GF on his price tag.. Case in point, all our players from last year who made the GF inc Haas on a million.

No, people crucified Milf for being a fat, lazy, KFC loving, shit c*nt. That’s all. He was our very own Latrell.
C'mon mate, your going way over the top here. It was Macca's, not KFC.....

If anyone can access the CM, there is a click bait article from Badel about the Phins being blocked from making an offer to Walsh.

If you ignore Badel's click bait commentary, and get to the comments from Warriors CEO, Cameron George ... It really shows the type of person he is and the type of Club the Wahs are.

I haven't got time today, but if someone has time to pull those comments from Cameron George and share here, it would be appreciated

Lot more teams drop guys back and Penrith bounce back to the middle all the time like the Walker's theory.

Yeo and Edwards drag the defenders and tire the middle with those lines and then Clearly goes out once they are all in and has a three on two.

To'o try against the Brisbane is a perfect example, three guys come back inside, Cleary keeps going past them but the Broncos defenders can't move off because he's given the ball to one of the three earlier in the night.

For the Jets it was Capewell a lot, running inside or across the face of the defence then skip through.

Then of course look at anything Sam does on the field.

Ben te kura has to be a late inclusion.... I would bring him in for baker but people also need to keep in mind none of our players have played 2 bad games in a row this year. Coaching staff always do well in putting a rocket up them and they prove us wrong for 1 week then back to shit the next. Kind of annoying actually.
I think it's a good idea to have him not play this week, he had one of his best games last week if not ever it's very unrealistic to expect him to be able to match that again for awhile, if you give him a bit of time off till his next run it gives him time to build off that performance without huge pressure.

He is very Young, his time will come.

I hope Te Kura comes into the side for Baker, but it is what it is. Confident that our forwards can still roll their pensioner middles and give space to our vastly superior backline.

With the outs for both teams, Jensen is looking like Matt Scott in comparison to the other starting props from both sides.

As much as I'm looking forward to the game I can't wait for it to be over so the media driven rivalry BS can be done with. It just feels so forced and cringy. The rivalry would have just evolved naturally without the nonsense from the clubs and the media.

OK defence is rushing .
Attack takes the ball clean 10 metres out steps the rushing defence and scores under the posts .

What`s plan B ?
You mean like what happened in the granny kicking it to the same predicable spot?
