He ended up being a cross between a bulldog and shih tzu

Leaning towards Josh McGuire, other thoughts?

Was this a known thing, for any members in the know?

Just saw that there is an article on the daily tele that the knights and roosters are in the hunt to sign tpj.
I did say (after last nights game) there will be articles written starting all the contract talk yet again.
Can anyone post the article? I want to have a laugh at how the roosters are going to fit him in their cap, also wouldn’t think the knights would have the cap space either, doubt Klemmer would have come cheap, chuck in there the likes of Pearce who are on a mill a season also..
Hopefully we can just get tpj to sign a 10yr deal so we don’t have to keep seeing these BS articles

if you watched the bronx podcast with tpj, he squashed the idea of going to the bunnies very quickly ... so that's nice.

realistically, I'm not sure which other good clubs would be able to afford him right now... apart from the storm, wouldn't that be fucked

I have to laugh ... because they day before the Cowboys game, there was an article about how we were in a strong position to sign TPJ since the bunnies were all but out of the race ...

he goes and carves up the Cowboys and all of a sudden we will struggle to keep him here, as if the other clubs didn't realize how good he was ...

Rugby League media at it's best

Of course it would have to be the Roosters, they have heaps of space for sure.

Of course there are gonna be bullshit stories after a performance like that. Brace yourselves folks, this goes on until October or thereabouts.

I doubt there's any truth to it but if there is, the Roosters are deadset taking the piss with this shit.

Cronk at the end of his very lucrative contract so they could attract him. Plus i would guess they still have the cap space from when they lost Fittler, Hodges and Minichiello.

Well they did release Mitchell Pearce a few years back so they should have enough room to sign TPJ.
