I've watched every Sixers game so far this season, if he ever develops a jump shot and can hit 75% from the line, it's over, he's going to be the best player in the world.

Haven't seen anyone with that level of size, speed, athleticism and passing since LeBron.

Him and Embiid have some seriously good potential together.

He's averaged more points, boards, dimes, blocks and steals over his first 10 games than Lebron did.

I've been watching the NBA for a while but never really had a team. Simmons has given me the vested interest I've been searching for so now I'm all in on the Sixers.

Anyone watching All Star weekend? The USA (rookies?) vs the World is on and deadset, the USA reminds me of Wesley Snipes in White Man Can’t Jump. Better to look good and lose...

Yeah All Star Weekend is always a joke lol, nobody cares about anything. It's USA vs World Rookies & Sophmores.

There's a few really nice players in this game, Simmons, Mitchell, Embiid, Murray are all going to be all-stars at some point in their careers I believe.

If anyone's interested, Today on ESPN2 at 12:00 is the Nike Hoop Summit. The best of the Highschool players. Josh Green will be playing who is Australia's next decent talent.

Sixers look like they’re going to sweep Miami... without Embiid.

What a season Simmons has had.

Embiid is due back for the next game, game 3 at the latest. But yeah I think the Sixers sweep regardless, they're super good. A bunch of shooters & defenders around Simmons is all you need. They'll make the East finals comfortably, can't see the winner of the Celtics & Bucks series being able to stop them.

Fast forward to Tokyo 2020 and this Aussie side is going to be able to just about go toe-to-toe with the Dream Team, never thought I'd be able to say that.

A lot does depend of course on whether Exum can get over his injury-proneness and if Maker can kick on better than he has shown thus far.

Still some other decent kids to come through as well though, how exciting!

Think Toronto v Rockets for the finals, with Rockets winning comfortably.

Rockets have already beaten a full strength gsw twice in the season. It's hardens time imo.
GSW in playoff mode is a whole different kettle of fish. If Curry comes back healthy in time for the conference finals and they don't lose Durant, I can't see any team beating them over 7 games.

Harden and Paul v Curry, Thompson, Durant & Green
Im taking the latter. Playoff Warriors are a much more dangerous team. I dont think the Rockets have another level to go to and we all know the Warriors have that next gear

I dont think they have the requisite hunger. They have had injuries this year of course but even at full strength they haven't looked like the team of the past few years.

Guess we'll wait and see.
