I don't think its clear that Bellamy is a better club coach then Bennett. Imagine how much more successful we would have been if Wayne stayed with the Broncos instead of dragons/knights/souths.

While everyone keeps on harping on about Melbourne and roosters few wins over the last few years, we seem to have forgotten our 5 premierships in a 9 year period.
Us hanging onto those premierships at this point is like the eels supporters who hung onto their three from the 80s when we won them

They’re nice but it’s time for our boys to step up and win their own

Yep. Something is just not right about the Storm. They have built an impressive management and recruiting machine for certain, and the coaching/exploiting of the rules is best in class.

For one... How about this idea.. Melbourne have experienced an incredible sustained run of success.. How come we don't have Victoria competing in the State of Origin!?
Because most of their squad are not Victorian and this there’s no passion to play (apart from the token V on their jersey)

The point is more that all teams have their period of dominance. Just because its Melbourne and the Roosters now, does not make their their coaches the 'greatest ever'. 4 premierships in 21 years (storm) is good, buts not like it hasn't been done before.

Correct

The true test will be once the Storm start losing (a lot) and where their fans go.

It's more like 3 (very likely 4) in 10 years which will be up there with the broncos 92,93,98,00.

Roosters 13,18,19 should have been more imo.

This will be interesting. Being Melbourne they will still get crowds but sooner or later they have to endure a lean run, their level of success is insane.. and unsustainable.

Hopefully whoever wins tonight wins next week.
Assuming tonight's winner plays Melbourne, i give them more of a chance then they would have had in a non finals game.

I feel like been a grand final the ref will put the 6 agains away and all the Melbourne leg ups will be non-existent. You have a better chance beating storm when the ref stays out of it and lets the gams unfold.
