As a random sample, I've even started threads about Mozer. Of course I've seen Smoothy before. Don't get the comment about loving him. But I would like to see him (anyone) compete against the pig's ear we had last season without resigning ourselves to it being our ONLY option because GET THIS, there wasn't anyone else. Anywhere in the world. With all our money. And as I've said a thousand times, I'm not advocating anyone, but least of all am I limiting our field to the QLD Cup.

I’m not sure what your point is. He likely has seen Mozer and Smoothy play? And it is fair that a guy who’s job it is to recruit players should be expected to have better insight than McHunt.

It’s like seeing an open heart surgery patient leaving the hospital with his chest cavity still open and saying “gee, the doctor really should’ve stitched that shut” and then everyone saying “well if you’re such an expert of surgery why don’t you do it!” There’s about 5 guys at the club who’s job it is to fill that position and they’ve come up with “the coach’s son and some other rando, I dunno”

I don’t blame you for not seeing them previously because of the sheer amount of drivel on here but there’s been a number of posts that outlined that something like 9 dummy halves that are arguably better than our current options have changed clubs in the last 12 months
