James showed a bit more experience in defence, outside of the bs play the ball call tonight, I’ve always liked Kennedy as an 18th man does his job, good in defence, maximum effort. Can’t hate him.
Not sure why you'd have him at 18, not playing. I see they amended the NRL stats. James originally was down for 5 runs 19 m but it's been changed to a fractionally better 24m, an average of 4.8m per hit up.

I’m talking about in desperation defence, your boy loves a shot but doesn’t always stick. James (tonight) at least was making a couple of momentum tackles that were needed in the stretch.

you need to understand the amount of shit I cop for my Kennedy (explaining)…

to be truthful, the most educated broncos fans really do live here though. You think it’s a struggle in here? Jesus, it’s very bare out there.

Yeah, Kennedy is just an average player no doubt but he is waaaaaaay better than some on here seem to think. I mean, KW picked him although he had other options so KW must think he's okay, certainly good enough to play in one of KWs 'defining moments' game. That, being a big result must be a thing because on NRL Foxtel they spoke about how important this win was to the Broncos and KW trusted RK to do a job.

He’s underrated, it’s just he’s one of (those) boring forward’s…. He’ll actually have a long career funnily enough. He’s not flashy, but he does what’s needed, what’s more to be said? He’s understated even by him self. Respect.

No and yes. The ball was deflected but unintentionally. So, who is dancing now? Clutching at straws, you are.
Unintentionally or not, he didn't clear the ruck then did he. Gave away a 6 again. On the last. Let the record show. Only someone like you would die on a hill like this.

No, again wrong. It wasn't in the ruck but during general play prior to the ptb. Just say ' I was wrong'. It won't hurt much.

Ok, the question mark was for the statement you made, I wanted to hear your opinion. our defence, in effort level was the best it has been in years. Kick chase, significantly better. Was the polish there no…but we let at least two try’s go begging.

This was not the trial team I saw.

you next?
Yep, fair question.

What stood out most is that we weren’t reliant on a Haas/Fifi/Cobo/Staggs/etc. for the first time a while.

The top 4/6 teams have the ability to pull structure back into line when things break down in either attack or defence. It’s that simple/difficult.

For the first time in yonks we showed tonight that we have the ability to regroup under pressure without the need to rely on an individual.. hence the difficulty in finding a top 3.

Happy to look at the stats, though watching the game twice it just didn’t look like the Broncos of the last two years.

We applied pressure when needed and took the foot off the peddle to regroup in order to absorb.

I don’t think anyone could argue that we looked much more like a team for the first time in a long time.

I don't care where it was or what it was for. He gave away a 6 again on the last (or blown just as they were about to have their last play), which put us under pressure for a whole extra set. FMD.

Oh we fucking let the pressure off several times, in unforgivable situations. It was brutal to watch, very reminiscent of the last two years. The difference was, that they at least kept their chins up. A lot of these ridiculous mistakes will be mitigated by Reynolds. (Don’t do dumb shit) (keep it close) (don’t spread it) literally all of the things we did tonight.

Our defence and attitude tonight gave me a glimmer of hope.

He didn't 'give away' anything you one eyed fuckstick. Sometimes in rugby league a ball will make contact while someone is making a tackle and the opposition gets 6 more, shit happens but no blame should be attached to RK which is what you scapegoaters are trying to do. EAD FMD.

You're bleating about something that didn't happen. There was no bad outcome. It was just a normal thing that could happen to anyone but you and your fellow one eyed brothers just want to blame our lowest paid player for all the world's ills. So biased.

You know the old mule is pacing around like a flustered grandma when he has to reply twice to the same post. RK is great value for what he is being paid but to pretend he didn't put us under pressure, twice, when the game is in the balance is... well... something you'd do. Go to bed and dream of Kennedy's hands knocking your balls around in the ruck as you whisper gently in his ear "6 again my prince".

You're a real drama queen aren't you?

"All the world's ills", we're talking about a game of Rugby League.

Maybe if you had a better judgement of what a good NRL player looks like you wouldn't have to dramatize things, maybe the issue here is you.

I'll give you the tip, he doesn't respond well to the insinuation that he could be wrong.
