Because they are idiots. Latrell is capable of being the best fullback in the game imo, but he is one of those players who wont ever do it. He is too passive, doesnt get involved as much as he should. Reece always wants the ball and gets into positions to have it, Latrell doesnt do the same thing and its always going to hold him back.
