Reynolds looks doubtful, Hass was wobbly too, and we're playing at Penrith...

Broncos 50 - Penrith 0

P.s. we need to bring in Willison, but is this the game to do it? Can't afford all the errors we had against Souths.

We need more energy and I think that comes in the form of Willison. I would be tempted to say Oates too but Mariners chip and chase makes that a hard call. Oates on the bench maybe.

Not sure how big of a loss Reynolds really is. I find his last few games he’s made more poor choices than good ones and he’s forgotten how to kick goals. Controversial opinion I know

Obviously I think Willison is a must but who are you bringing him in for out of Taupau and Hetherington? Kobe had an absolute shocker but at least Taupau, who was also mostly bad, did have some moments. Lucky Walters has built up good will too because he was abysmal tonight.

I suspect though, our team already had one eye on this game anyway.

So:

1. Walsh
2. Arthars
3. Staggs
4. Cobbo
5. Mariner
6. Mam
7. Reynolds/Madden
8. Jensen
9. Walters
10. Haas
11. Piakura
12. Riki
13. Carrigan

14. Smoothy
15. Willison
16. Baker
17. Taupau/Hetherington

Sadly I can't see anything except a Pennies win, especially if Reyno is out.

We'll see. I suspect our boys already had an eye on next week. Penrith's centres have gone backward with losing Crichton and with us gaining Cobbo, we might well be better again and we gave them nightmares in the GF. Penrith's bench also looks much weaker than in recent seasons but...unfortunately so does ours.

They've also lost Cogger who Cronk recently said that him replacing Luai in the GF is why we aren't Premiers

Yes Williston needs to come onto the bench but not for Kobe. Taupau has the experience but Kobe is our future. Kobe’s two fumbles were a blight against his name but he gives his all.
Also Oates for Authurs. Simple as that.

can't agree, Arthars is safe as far as I'm concerned he has earned his stripes.

after this game I think I feel most confident in Oates being out atm(and I'm a huge advocate for him).

I think we do need Oates in the side but there's no place for him in the starting 13. We miss the way him and Herbie would start the sets from our own end

I think Cobbo answered alot of that this game, 18 runs for 181 meters a very solid job, but unlike those two he has alot more attacking weapons with his flick pass ability and fend.
