Its exactly why a lot of our young blokes struggle. There is just no players for them to learn from. No players who know what its like to play in the NRL when things arent going right. You look at Haas, Flegler, Carrigan, Herbie, Dearden, Turpin, Coates, Niu etc and they have been pretty much in a losing side with no on field leaders since they came in. The development of these players is being harmed by it and we literally have no way of taking them out of the firing line because of this ridiculous policy of play all the young blokes.
