For the record….
I really love Walshy’s flair and go for gold attitude!
He just needs to realise that it’s Team First.
Than the flair and individual accomplishments.
He can truly go down as one of the greats!
Not just at the Broncos, but in all of Rugby League. He will be remembered IF he plays for the team…
he will be forgotten if he does a Milf….

Good thing we didn't have Oates on the bench. We needed that loss.

Yes, Oates totally would have made all the difference and the result would have been completely different.
If you don't have a forward, either on the bench or starting, who can seamlessly cover an outside back, your team is incomplete. I've been saying it all year. It's bitten us on the arse yet again.

At least we had 18 minutes of full strength. Better than last time.

But like you were saying: no need to insure your house against bushfires every year, when they only happen every five.

Has anyone found the inner strength to rewatch last night's game?
'
I'm trying to work myself up to it, but I'm procrastinating with things like, scrubbing the shower, toilet, and doing laundry...
My son was about the watch it yesterday and walked in and said "DELETE IT ALREADY!" No way I'm putting myself through that more than once lol

Yet again as in, Two times in like 35 games and a grand final. Start a petition mate, maybe Kevy or the other 17 coaches who have 3 forwards and a hooker on their bench might listen..

Walsh went down in the 4th minute against the Panthers
Staggs injured in the 51st against the Raiders
Walsh was vomiting, and on his knees, for most of the second half, before giving up against the Tigers
Arthars injured in the 19th minute against the Roosters

So that's 4 out of 10 rounds we needed a back. Not twice in 36.

Also, as I said many many times, the back doesn't need to come from the bench, but whoever moves to the backs needs a replacement. So if that's Riki or Piakura, you need a second row on the bench. And that second rower best not be a klutz.
