yeah because you're not penalised for anything anymore... even when you are penalised it doesn't mean anything.

The only time you are truly penalised now is when you actually aren't doing anything wrong... because the ball runner lays down after accidentally being hit high or a defender has fallen on their head or they've been hit a split second after they've passed it.
