White isn't in that position because the CEO would fall under the list of people being reviewed. It's not his job to act in this instance (which Old Gil would love by the way, seeing as he's a huge fan of not reacting and doing **** all).

The findings of any review are simply put to the board and it's up to them to respond. Now they're only likely to respond if they face shareholder pressure to do something about it, and given our majority shareholders couldn't give even the most remote of ***** about the day to day running of club, it's extraordinarily unlikely the board will do much at all about any findings from any review.

I think she's well qualified and being a woman will be far less likely to take the 'nothing to see here' approach, take a $50k plus fee and move on. This could be the circuit breaker we need and she'll have no allegiance to a CEO thats departing.

It would only be worth while if the review includes the shitstorm of the useless exercise of chasing bellamy and then selecting siebold and sacking benett and why all that happened and who was responsible and how they should be held to account.
You can bet that she would not be allowed to do any of that.
I have no idea on her competence to do this so called review but it doesn't matter the numpty's on the board will ensure its terms of reference are so rigged so as to protect their own ass that it will be next to useless.

Probably is they will never be moved on, the powers that be are obviously inexplicably happy with their performance. Our only hope is that Morris and co move on voluntarily but they will only be replaced but similarly incompetent people.

There's probably dozens on Australian administrators with the same or more experience at far more successful organisations then the majority of them. That's how they get to become CEOs... The only one that the Broncos should beimpressed by is the ICC stuff, and that was over 10 years ago.
I get she might offer up a different point of view but I really, really hope the club isn't looking at this as a solution finder...

Doesn't stay employed in a job for long, seems to change jobs as much as her undies, although some might have been short term contracts, either way , difficult to have an impact at a place if you only stay 1 to 2 years

She specialises in strategic planning and aligning governance and business structures. All sounds like stuff these halfwits could use, so I don't see your issue which why I assumed it must be gender.

My issue is why are we only starting this now but to be honest it is more likely this wouldn't happen because she actually appears qualified and competent which this administration would not want to associate with.
