Ehhh to be fair, ive heard Gus praise us more than shit on us.

We were the example he used all through the early 2000's of what a well run club and team look like and he has always praised the Broncos when they were doing well.

He talks a lot of shit, but he is far nicer to us than most modern commentators.
Same applies to Joey.

Don’t trust the old prick. He’s just sucking up, all the while stealing our ideas and players…

Let Gus say his piece. Use as motivation.

Origin most games, is more intense than grand finals in the past decade. The squad has a fair bit of experience that way.

Agree, he is ok. The poor old guy is allowed an opinion to think the Panthers will win the gf…

Yeah I don't mind that claim really, it's something I've been thinking myself through the year as well. Young team, most guys would have never played a final (**** me that's atrocious from a club like ours!)

But then I thought about the internationals, and Origin.......I think we will be right. I actually think if we make the GF, it being in Sydney is good for us. We haven't lost there yet this year.

Love Gus saying these things about us. Better something like this (which we can use as motivation), compared to others in the media blowing smoke up our ass (which can lead to some complacency).

Having the bye last week + The Panthers beating the Titans has seen the Panthers regain top spot in the Power Ranking from us

I can't help but feel Penrith will be happy with this result.

Unless Storm shit the bed, they're finishing 4th. Playing the Storm two weeks in a row, those are two very tough matches. They will have Paps back who will provide that spark they have been missing all season. Panthers will have the easier game playing the Warriors who really are close to running on empty.

Not the right time of year to have a 10th place side out 30 points on you though. I think penrith are artificially top of the table this year. Similar to the Warriors.

Except they Lost Luai, I'm not sure Storm use Paps, if he doesn't play this week I don't know if Bellemy just throws him into a tough must win like that.

I might have to start slapping people with all this panicking at the Panthers losing tonight.

as much as I want it to be us, the Panthers are likely to still get the minor premiership. They've done their resting now. they'll take down the Cowgirls next week.

He'll come back against us for sure, because of course he will right? Stars always aim up to return against the broncos.
