I feel Cummins not bowling Green enough was an issue in the first innings.

It was like 37 degrees on day 1 and they were baking in the sun the whole day... Starc, Hazelwood and Cummins looked completely gassed by the time the night session actually came around.

When you've got Green bowling at 140kph he should've been bowling 10 overs or so and Marsh also bowling. They bowled 9 between them in the first innings.

Head should've been bowling more as well. He only got 3 when they were trying to get to the new ball.

On the other hand Starc bowled 24, Hazelwood 20 and Cummins 23... Lyon also bowled 28 and wasn't really getting anything or looking threatening.

As soon as it was obvious that the old ball wasn't going to do anything then share the load so the heavy hitters are fresher for the evening session and the new ball that was coming.
