Typical Australia, although India has done well to hang in there, they should have been batting a while ago.

Great day, Australia bowled as a pack and I will take 250 total for certain. India went so hard at the ball and Australia were so smart in swing and then wide watch them chase.

Khawaja's fielding has improved so much since he lost weight. Great catch.

Advantage Australia but bowling is easily their strength, the bats have a huge job to back it up, particularly given they have some pretty good swing bowlers...but they do have Ishant for some reason.

First time in Test history a top 5 batsman has been dismissed for single digits 6 innings in a row.

Shaun Marsh making history.

Head proving me wrong here. Very good knock.

Lol @ Shaun. Just get rid of him and get Patterson in. Strip Shaun and Mitch of their Aussie citizenship or let WA secede so the selectors can’t be tempted ever again.

EDIT: Or Wade, he put on another special knock in a low scoring affair.

Burns and Wade in, Harris and Paine out, not the worst option going around. Wade in particular is knocking the door down this season.

Harris was good yesterday- didn't get a score but like I said last week after watching him for Victoria I think he has a style that will suit Test cricket.

Paine has been sensational and dropping him is the last thing this side needs. It needs stability and Wade getting a few runs doesn't change that.

Just further on the Oval and how it's changed, hasn't been a 200 partnership there since Haddin and Clarke in 2014. That's any form of cricket.

This type of Test has become the norm.
