I really couldn't care who was crying ... i much rather see that then when we lost 56-0 to the Raiders under Henjak and the team walked from the field smiling and laughing

Yeah, I was pissed off at that but you know what? They come out and went on a winning streak into the finals (I hate those Storm players).

How often did we get badly flogged under henjak? I only remember that horror night in Canberra.

I think Melb belted us a couple times during his tenure but not to the extent of Canberra. I seem to recall the Broncos putting on some cricket scores to their opposition as well. Henjak wasn't that bad, I think he was harshly treated. His replacement was a nightmare.

It might appear that way at face value, but that report that led to Henjak's sacking can't be discounted that easily, and it must have been bad to warrant sacking the coach weeks out from Round 1.

I'm actually a bit sad at the BHQers calling for Seibs to be sacked. I'm pretty sure the Eels will do very well this year and Brad Arthur will look like an amazing coach. But his record has been a rollercoaster in terms of results. Seibold has had to come into a glamour club, rebuild and perform from day 1. Yes, we have had some serious issues and there are some decisions that I have not been so happy with, but I'm not an NRL level coach and unless there are some next level ninjas here, neither are any of the rest of the BHQ members. I'm not making excuses here, but be realistic. 2 bad games after 2 great ones, they aren't sacking him. We were dominating before the new rules and being isolated and injuries and we need to improve. We scraped the 8 last year. We have a good squad and we have injuries and suspensions to return. We got stung hard. We're clearly missing something and it's Seibold's job to figure it out and fix it. Personally, I think that if we had received 3 6 again calls in week 3 early, then the game would have been ours. We need to improve, obviously and changing coach won't facilitate that right now. It would just give an excuse to the new coach when the team under-performs.

in 2009 we had 40 points or more put on us 6 times (including 3 in a row, and that infamous night in Canberra)

in 2010 we missed the finals, we only had 40 points or more put on us twice ... but a further 6 times we had between 30-39 put on us ...
